The ELF brings together conservative evangelical leaders from 50 countries across Eastern and Western Europe who come together to pray and strategize in reaching their continent for Christ. Our Global Youth and Family Institute partners with the ELF by providing training, mentoring, and consulting as we seek to equip and encourage European leaders in reaching the youth in their communities. I knew when I hired you at MTW that you would have a world-wide influence. It is so very exciting to be able to see this taking place. Thank you for letting me see how you are touching so many countries with your gifts and skills by His grace. This keeps me connected and if the only thing I ever did at MTW was to hire you, this proves that was enough.
